David and Sarah, our VN, successfully removed 8 - yes you did read 8 - golfballs from the stomach of a dog at the weekend. This was of course done under General Anaesthetic, after the dog was admitted on Saturday 16th January. We think this is a first - it certainly is for Allpets! We are happy to say the dog is doing well and has recovered. Let this be a cautionary tale for all of you who hit golfballs for your dog - make sure the same amount go back into the pocket that came out of the pocket!
